I am a culinary grad from, Le Cordon Bleu. Been cooking for 30 years. Owned and worked in restaurants that dealt with American, French, Italian, and Mediterranean cuisine’s. Have trained staff and others on how to prepare and cook elegant dishes just like the masters.

We can work on the basic fundamentals such as, knife skills, sanitation, prep, soup, stock, mother sauces, baking, temperatures, assembling dishes, and anything else that you may like to know and learn.
