I am a culinary institute of America graduate and I have been a professional chef for over 20 years. I have worked in a 4 star restaurant, high volume steak houses, fast paced bar and grill, Healthcare, taught culinary arts at a local community College, and worked at a university. I have also won a few competitions such as the "Taste of Charleston Southern Living Magazine Iron Chef competition".
