About Robin ScottShort presentation
I am a third generation builder/contractor that is licensed in several southern states and has over 45 years of experienced in all aspects of residential and commercial construction. I enjoy being a teacher, coach, and mentor for the next generation of builders, no matter how deep into the "business" you want to get.
What can we work on
We can work on construction basics all the way up to business coaching for expansion/scaling.
Wondering what tools you should have to get started? It's a favorite discussion.
Putting together a prefabricated storage unit? That's great - we have some basics to work on.
Stuck on a structural framing detail that just isn't making sense? I'm an expert in load-path design.
Need to become knowledgeable about cost & price estimating for your projects? That's something I do daily.
Are you thinking about jumping from handyman to full contractor? Let's make sure your timing is right.
Wherever you are in the world of construction, I can be your guide through your current project or to your next level. No judgements - just knowledge.

Frequently asked questions
Smart glasses (Ray-Ban Meta, for example) are a real bonus: the expert sees exactly what you see, and both your hands stay free to work. If you don’t have smart glasses, you point the camera of your phone at the problem and it works fine too, the expert sees it live and walks you through it. But once you’ve held a phone in one hand while loosening a bolt with the other, you’ll understand why most of our regulars end up buying the glasses.
You can cancel up to 4 hours before the session for a full refund. If a session still doesn't help, write to us within 7 days and we'll review it.
Live sessions are not recorded unless we say so. Video and audio are only used for the session in progress.
